Pick & Ax Lounge started as a simple idea: the Coal River Valley deserved a place where fresh bread, honest groceries, and real ingredients were the standard — not the exception.

We source from local mills and regional suppliers whenever we can. Our bakers show up early, measure carefully, and never cut corners. The result is food that tastes like someone actually cared about making it. That's not a marketing line — it's just how we do things here in Seth.
